For the past 20+ years I have provided experienced and depth-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families interested in making dynamic, lasting changes in their lives and relationships.
I specialize in British Object Relations therapy, a theory of psychoanalytic thinking grounded in a developmental perspective on healing and change. This structure makes it possible for individuals to experience deep healing, dynamic growth, and lasting changes in their lives.
I offer in-person psychoanalytic therapy for individuals and couples at two locations, my office in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, and on Bainbridge Island, Washington.
